MEMBERSHIP

 

Benefits of membership in the Port Lavaca Art Guild include:

MEMBERSHIP FEES

  • Adult membership....................$25.00

  • Children and youth membership..$15.00

  • Each additional child in family......$5.00

 

MEETINGS

 

Regular Port Lavaca Art Guild meetings are held during the months of January, May and November.  Other meetings are scheduled as needed.

 

MEMBERS' HELP NEEDED

 

We support our organization by holding an annual Arts, Crafts, and Antiques Festival at the Bauer Community Center during the first week end in November.  Money raised is used to pay for our studio supplies, utilities, insurance, scholarships, Spring Art Show, and repairs to our building.  All adult Guild Members and parents of the Children Members are needed to help with the fundraiser.  Whatever your skill, there is a job for you.  In addition to working during the Festival there are jobs that must be done months, weeks and days before the Festival begins.  Please ask our Festival chairman, Carol Stewart, what job you can do.  With all of us working together we'll have a wonderfully succesful Festival.  Go to FESTIVAL for more information.
